My name is Robert Lonis and I have been working as a lawyer since 2003. After a start in general practice, I soon began to specialize in corporate law and bankruptcy law. I have since built up extensive expertise, with a focus on corporate disputes, director's liability and complex business conflicts. My goal is to assist entrepreneurs legally with practical and strategic solutions, both in and out of the courtroom. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks in nature with my family, bike rides, and experimenting in the kitchen-with Italy as my favorite source of inspiration. A good book, a great movie, or music complete my free time.

I believe in a combination of legal knowledge and insight into my clients' daily practice. Whether it's a shareholder conflict, director's liability or a reorganization, I analyze the situation quickly and outline clear scenarios. For entrepreneurs in dire straits, I prefer to work proactively. By providing timely advice on liability risks, restructuring and conflict prevention, I help my clients avoid unnecessary problems.
