Law Office Legalitas BV processes personal data in order to offer services, improve services and to communicate personally. In order to evaluate our services Legalitas BV often engages a third party. As a data subject you can choose to participate and leave your personal data behind. You can also sign up to receive a newsletter or other forms of communication from Legalitas BV. Personal information, which should be processed on the invoice, we save 5 years after the calendar year in which the invoice is issued. Personal data which you have actively provided (for example in correspondence and by telephone) we save for 5 years after the order has been completed with us.

The following implements the information obligation laid down in the 3 AVG to the data subject(s) whose personal data Legalitas B.V. processes. Providing personal data to a third party, such as a regulator or other authority vested with public authority, is done insofar as there is a legal obligation to do so. With the third party who processes your personal data on behalf of Legalitas B.V., a processing agreement will be signed which also obliges the third party to comply with the AVG. Third parties engaged by Legalitas B.V., which offer services as processors, are for the (further) processing of your personal data themselves responsible for compliance with the AVG.
